Nursery Rhyme Quilt Pattern

Nursery rhymes are part of our growing up. We all sing them to our children, as have our parents, and grandparents, and most of us can remember the odd lines from several of them, but do we know the true meaning? Lots of these rhymes are centuries old and hark back to past times. In this wonderful redwork quilt we depict some of our favourites in simple line drawings that we embroider with a back stitch, However, we have also delved into their deep dark secrets and looked at what their origins, and the history they tell us.

This pattern includes all of the instructions and all of the iron on transfers needed to make this beautiful quilt.
