To our Wonderful EU Customers,

 On December 13th 2024, the EU will introduce the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation).
 The new regulation requires all businesses to have a representative within the EU who acts on their behalf regarding product safety. This can be a costly process and will take time to put into place.
 Until a workable solution is found that is within the new regulations and affordable to our small business, we are afraid that we will need to make some changes to our delivery options for the foreseeable future. 

Due to this, we have had made the difficult decision to temporarily stop accepting online orders from the EU from 12th December 2024.

Any EU orders placed before this time will be packed and sent as usual, After this date there will no longer be an EU shipping option available on our website.
 Please rest assured that we are working hard to be able to find a suitable and affordable option that will allow us to restart sending orders to the EU. We are so sorry to our amazing EU customers who are disappointed by this news. We hope to get this issue resolved in the new year. 

Please note: UK & non-EU orders will not be impacted and we will not change the delivery options currently available to you.
