British Wildlife Quilt Kit
I just love our British countryside and it’s wild animals, and as a family we also adore Chris Packham and the TV programme Spring/Winter watch. I started making redwork wildlife cushions, but after getting the cold shoulder from my ‘darling’, about the number of cushions on the settee, I designed this little quilt for him to snuggle under, to keep him quiet!
It’s a firm family favourite especially with my grandchildren and they now know all these animals and their habitat and stories; Dusty is very worried that I put the pheasant so near to the fox!!!
Anyway, it’s a delight to make, just chip away at the redwork, and piecing it all together is a doddle.
Finished size is approx. 43 ins x 36 ins
The kit includes all you need except for the wadding and the backing fabric.
